What we hold, and why.

WHAT WE COLLECT

If you submit an enquiry, we receive what you type: legal entity, contact details and the commercial terms you are seeking. That is all. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising.

WHY WE HOLD IT

To respond to your enquiry and, where discussions proceed, to complete counterparty onboarding and KYC. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

WHO SEES IT

The desk, and the service providers that host our infrastructure. Nobody else, unless disclosure is required by law or by a regulator with authority to ask.

RETENTION

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within twelve months. Records connected to executed business are kept as trade documentation for as long as law and audit require.
